B09 blue coach from last fall is a total *****. Looks like he got moved down to the white team. Good.

SU has risen above the other clubs with smart management. They have built a real culture of inclusion. Coaches that coach for the club have to go above and beyond the normal youth league coaches. The coaches that fail to fall into line move on down the road. Many clubs have SU castoffs currently working for them. For a huge club they seem to do it right.

I think a lot of the hate is from Valor. Valor is losing a ton of players to Pac and want to make the club look bad. Valor needs to stop running their club into the ground if they want players to stay.
