My guess, you’re very white, and should let people like EJ decide if the leaders at Crossfire are racist after either a) has the opportunity (or not) for a promotion, or b) how he is treated, or c) what they say behind his back. Laughing at the fact that racism exists all around us, and by dismissing that, you are part of the problem. It’s not a joke. It’s not so you can defend crossfire and pretend it couldn’t exist because you want to defend and prop up Crossfire.
