Agreed. Hope that 1) he is getting PAID well by the club and
    2) this signals a change in the XF culture/administration

My guess, you’re very white, and should let people like EJ decide if the leaders at Crossfire are racist after either a) has the opportunity (or not) for a promotion, or b) how he is treated, or c) what they say behind his back. Laughing at the fact that racism exists all around us, and by dismissing that, you are part of the problem. It’s not a joke. It’s not so you can defend crossfire and pretend it couldn’t exist because you want to defend and prop up Crossfire. You give Crossfire a bad name because you don’t take any allegations seriously. “No way anyone at Crossfire could do anything of the like!” Yes, I’m white, and amazed at how truly ignorant so many others are to what goes on all around us.

Sounds like an exploitative move rather than a change

you can't teach private lessons to any kids on teams you coach or in the age group/gender you coach.

Is it considered teaching if you have other trainers on your team actually doing the training?

And he also has an open Go Fund Me account for his new soccer center. Not his fault at all, XF just needs to put some guardrails on all of this before it causes a big issue.
