Wonder how he’ll do coaching an actual team and not individual players. Must be different to coach 16 players tactically then 4-5 doing passing patterns

EJ is an excellent coach and a fantastic trainer. His teams have always performed well. The idea that he is “just a trainer” is false. It’s a huge loss for SU and big gain for XF.
