I'm going to guess you got cut from the debate team in high school.
And I guess you have few friends.

I like EJ but I would be shocked if he doesn’t train his own age levels. It is his business model, which appears very successful. XF hiring EJ was a shrewd move and I’d bet it took some compromises.

This puts a nice bow on this thread. Nothing more to say. Thank you!

You sound like a coach that EJ sent home with your tail between your legs after being unable to score in one of his typical 7 to 0 games and still haven't recovered from it. Maybe your crippled cousin can help you fill up a few cans of whoop ass so you can put them in your ball bag and have a better chance next time!

Any idea how small you appear? Sheeeesh. Great athletes go to EJ to get better, and they keep coming back because of the results they see. Pro's pay for it and parents keep paying for it for their kids. If it didn't have value they'd leave. Have a nice day.

EJ made a brilliant move, in the heat of the pandemic when kids could only train with mask on and have no physical contact, by moving part of his business to the Redmond area and allowing kids the "full unmasked experience" . Parents flocked to him as their kids could not properly train with their teams and a large portion of these kids where from EFC based on the jerseys.

I assume he got away with it by not renting the field space, just "borrowing a little bit of it". Funniest thing ever was watching the owner of Lake Washington Premier have a whole field with like 4 kids on it and pushing EJ off by putting up walls of cones everywhere and shoeing him away :)

Anyone know what teams he will coach? And if a kid is on that team can they still go to EJ training if it’s not EJ doing that specific training?

And do you have any idea how stupid you sound? My point has never been that kids won't benefit from extra training. But EJ is just a small part, and in fact, other trainers are as good or better. I have no issue with private training or, as I said in my first post, no issue with EJ. He does a wonderful job marketing and more credit to him for building a successful business model.

But it's a bit gross seeing parents suck EJ off. He doesn't know it's you defending him and he doesn't need your help. You brining up a kid that has had success and attributing it to EJ is idiotic. The credit goes to the kid.

Stop humpin EJ's leg. It's a bad look and your child must be embarrassed with your lack of personal pride.

EJ didn't even follow the rules when his own Seattle United teams were training. I can remember seeing him at Jefferson with all of these other teams doing 3 on 3 drills while is EJ running was full scrimmages. He simply gives no f****.

EJ might be a great guy, but the side hustle not only creates conflicts of interest but incentivizes the coach to emphasize a style of play that showcases what he is teaching in personal sessions. If you want playing time, you might need to climb aboard EJ’s personal training train.
Clearly you are a fan of the be big and run fast soccer ideal....

My son just got invited to EJs Sunday training private group sessions in Seattle. Does anyone know if EJ prioritizes those sessions over coaching his XF teams? It seems like a lot of money to drive into Seattle if he is backfilling with titans coaches cause he has other commitments.

EJ will prioritize putting money into his own pocket than coaching his club teams. XF doesn’t care.

Don’t think that being invited means anything other than your pockets leaving a little lighter on Sunday
