From premise to title to content, this thread is completely pointless and started by an obvious troll. Nothing productive here.

Posting something like this could lead to consequences that could have dire consequences for those involved. I would rather hope that there would be some influential adult involved who could use it as a teaching opportunity and actual guide the child down a better path of growth. I am not saying there shouldn't be serious consequences, just that viral postings of something like this never going to lead to an ideal outcome for the kids involved.
if there is evidence, it shouldn’t take long to figure out the punishment, whatever it may be.

WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THE INCIDENT BY AUGUST HUNTER
The following details contain sensitive and vulgar language around homophobia and racism that may be triggering. The following details have not been redacted by the Women in Soccer (WIS) team in any way.
To whom this may concern,
Today during a competition against the Crossfire, I experienced racist and homophobic taunting as well profanity-laced comments from a parent and players.
My name is August Hunter, and I am a defender for Seattle United U18/U19 ECNL. I am a student at the Overlake School and am committed to playing for Harvard Women’s soccer team next year.
During the first half, we scored on free-kick, and Crossfire Parent, a prominent soccer player and Seattleite, repeatedly engaged a SU staff member in a loud taunting voice, “What the **** happened?” This interaction happened within proximity to me and my mother and sister, a college player who grew up playing with Crossfire Parent’s older daughter.
The other more heinous behavior I want to bring attention to is two Crossfire ECNL players, Crossfire Player 1 and Crossfire Player 2, who committed verbal racial abuse in our game today. At the beginning of the second half, when my team was winning 1-0, I was fouled on a one vs. one to the goal in the 18-yard box and received a PK. I chose to let one of my other teammates take the PK, and both Crossfire Player 1 and Crossfire Player 2 called me a “pussy ass bitch” several times for not taking the PK. The center referee heard them mocking me but did not react. We ended up scoring, resulting in us going up 2-0. Again, I did not respond to their mocking in any way, shape, or form.
A few minutes later, I won a tackle in the final third. Seconds later, the ball went out of play, and while someone went to retrieve the ball, Kira Crossfire Player 1 shouted, “Look at this man! Why do we have a man playing on the field!” and began laughing and pointing at me. Crossfire Player 2 followed her and laughed, “She is a man!”. Neither was involved in any part of the play.
As you may be aware, Black female athletes, including Serena Williams, have historically been characterized as men who are inappropriately participating under the guise of the female side of the sport. Crossfire Player 1’s and Crossfire Player 2’s words are forms of race and gender harassment.
I will link articles to read about the abuse that Black female athletes must endure when dominant athletes.- More Myth than History: American Culture and Representations of the Black Female's Athletic Ability
- How Serena Williams responds to accusations that she 'was born a guy'
- Dilemmas and Contradictions: Black Female Athletes
I brought their action to the attention of the referee, standing two yards away and hearing their remarks. I told him I was being called a man, which was blatant racial abuse. The referee did not respond, talk to either of the players or make any disciplinary actions. These actions fall under the category of offensive, insulting, or abusive language. Any player who’s guilty of the above must be sent off. This can be towards any person, player, official, or spectator. I know that these referees were under observation, but the observer was taking notes to the south of the field behind the fence and under a blanket where should not hear any of the comments as I was on the north side of the field.
Many players were around, and none of the bystanders reacted or stood up for me. Both players should have received a red card immediately and been ejected from the game. Instead, the referee allowed them to create a racially hostile environment by not acting. The entire time the Xfire parents were the most vocal and demanding that the referee do their jobs, i.e., secure a Xfire win.
There is no circumstance where this behavior can be tolerated. I did nothing to receive this abuse on the field today. These players knew what they were doing by harassing me. They were expecting me to retaliate so I would get ejected from the game (I had already received a yellow card before the racial abuse), knowing this would change the momentum in their favor. They knew the referee would favor them if I retaliated because they were white. They knew what they said was racist, and they were seventeen and eighteen years old.
Based on the literature on the adultification of Black girls (read Pushout: The Criminalization of Black Girls in Schools by Monique Morris and the other articles I will link), black girls are forced to be the bigger person in the situation and continue to play without reacting because of their marginalized and subordinate identity.
Despite the horrific acts they committed, I had to be the adult and continue to play another thirty minutes of that game.- https://www.law.georgetown.edu/news/research-confirms-that-black-girls-feel-the-sting-of-adultification-bias-identified-in-earlier-georgetown-law-study/

Following the game, I talked to the referee and politely asked him to write in the official game report that I was racially abused on the field. I had to explain to him why it was vital for him to take this action, as calling a black female athlete “a man” is racially motivated.
Crossfire Player 1 and Crossfire Player 2’s behavior is not only a reflection of who they are on the field, but who they are off the field. I am aware that Crossfire Player 1 is committed to attending the University of Florida next fall and Crossfire Player 2 is committed to attending the University of Washington. Their actions would not be tolerated in both academic institutions and in their athletic department, as these universities are committed to fostering an environment of inclusivity no matter the race, gender, or ethnicity. This is not only relevant to their universities, but is not tolerated by ECNL, WA Youth Soccer, and US Club Soccer based on their missions as well.
Within local lore, it is believed evident that Crossfire has a history of racial subordination and white supremacy with black and other players participating as racial tokens. Today, it became evident to me when their players are outright racist on the playing field.
Racism in youth soccer in the US is an issue at all levels, as I have experienced racism from when I started at the age of five just for being the dominant player. As a student activist, I am involved in social justice and DEI-focused work equity and inclusion strategic plan for my school.
The reason I do this work is so that no young Black girl who plays soccer just for the love of the game ever has to experience what I have had to go through.- The ball goes out and their center back (Crossfire Player 1) points at me while I am reaching down for my sock. Crossfire Player 2 is facing Crossfire Player 1 while she makes her remarks about me being a man. You can clearly see Crossfire Player 2 laugh and that is when she also called me a man. You can also see Julia, my teammate, clearly turn around and look at me.
- I point at them and call both of them out to the referee and he does not say anything. You can both see Crossfire Player 1 and Crossfire Player 2 putting their hands up as if they did nothing wrong.
- The referee does not respond in any way to the situation and lets the ball go in.

If these institutions, organizations, and clubs are committed to anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion, they must begin by removing the individuals who do not follow their commitments. We cannot progress as a society or create an anti-racist environment in the US soccer system without giving significant consequences to individuals like Crossfire Player 1 and Crossfire Player 2.

1) Yellow card (1:02:30)- It is clear that the player falling after I put pressure on them was not a foul
- The referee calls the foul but reaches to grab a yellow card after the XF coach gestures to the referee to give me a card
- The XF parents can be heard cheering when I receive the card
- You can also hear you calling the referee out on the call because it clearly was not a foul
2) PK (1:04:30)- Begins with me on a breakaway, I beat the center back and the outside back clearly fouls me in the box
- The center back (Crossfire Player 1), who is at the back of the box, clearly follows me all the way past the eighteen-yard box
- As I am minding my own business and pulling my socks up, you can see Crossfire Player 1 bend down and call me a "Pussy ass bitch" the first time
- She then turns to Crossfire Player 2 (center mid #7) and indirectly calls me a "Pussy ass bitch" for not taking the PK. Anna claps her hands and calls me a "Pussy ass bitch"
- Crossfire Player 1 then turns around again and claps in my face to call me a "Pussy ass bitch" again
- I do not respond at all during this whole exchange
3) Called a man (1:09:30)- The ball goes in on a throw-in and I win the ball. A center midfielder runs into me and falls on her own

Further, there was a lawsuit brought by a former coach alleging discrimination and harassment.
Is the behavior surprising?

It's funny.
You have SU parents who quickly admit they had an incident and it was brought to the attention of the club and parents and dealt with head on.
Vs
At XF there is constant deflection, lack of accountability, and a head in the sand mentality that it either never happened or it's just "boys will be boys".
Which culture would you want to expose your child to? Which environment would you want your child to learn from?
