Because employers often allow employees to resign with dignity intact, then making it public that they were fired, especially if the termination is not for cause? Ex-employee agrees to go away without making a stink, in exchange for not having his/her reputation publicly sullied.

I think you can thank our litigious society for these situations. No one wants to stick there neck out as a entity and do the right thing. Either for lack of total evidence or fear of lawsuit retribution. It is sad but where we are as a society. These type people get to muck around in the weeds until stone cold proof and court defined guilty verdicts have defined someone as bad.

He was having sex with more than one player at the University of Miami and got fired because of his actions. MK knew about it, and did nothing. He got back into coaching through back door nonsense and enablers, only to be exposed and then fired again years later. The issue with MK is joined back up with TA at Miss State. He knew about the past issues, and didn't care about all the chaos and trouble that happened at Miami with his boss. Players transferred and some never even played again. So you really think MK should be coaching women after that? Greg Ryan was already fired, but so far the NC State, ECU and Delaware coaches are holding on. They all knew what took place at Miami and did nothing but help him get back on his feet. You don't have an issue with that? You think this is what's best for your daughters? For your club players?

You are who you hang with. This group of coaches appear to have a very low moral bar. Its sad that these guys get to continue being complete jerks at best, and horrible people at worst. Any coach who knows improprieties are going on and says nothing is as bad as the guilty person. Bro code should not exist here. Another reason we should promote women in coaching at the highest levels of women's sports.
