This could be a false rumor. Or it could be an insider posting.

If it's KL posting this... dude, you're not going to get the job after one year as an assistant. Beavs will certainly recruit (if this report is true and MK is done) a more experienced college coach, who will likely bring in his own staff. Back to coaching teenage girls, sorry.
