No matter the league or club one affiliates with this stuff happens year after year---it's truly a great thing for the young ladies in our country. Finally getting so much, much more opportunity than the opposite gender in US soccer. LOVE IT!! No crying or whining from Megan Rapinoe on this demonstrated inequity. LOL

Correction. CFC kid is on the roster at Arizona after parents spent thousands on a professional recruiter. She’s not playing though. Didn’t even make the travel team when they came to Oregon for two games. Hopefully she likes the school and didn’t pick it just for soccer.

No need to be mean. She’s just a freshman and played some decent minutes in the preseason games, which is more than the local freshmen at Oregon, none of whom have played at all. OSU has so many local players that some play and some don’t. Next year they all have to compete with the new recruits. I admit it doesn’t look good for them going forward but hopefully they followed the golden rule of recruiting: pick the school you’d go to without soccer.
