All leagues have players that don’t play in college at all for one reason or another.
Ecnl & GDA has the most players getting significant minutes on top 150 D1 teams.
Title IX Ted is basically right. Not hard for a female to get on a college team somewhere.
There are a lot of players from all leagues that are on a college team but don’t play much or at all
Whoever you can play on a team with other top players and play in a league or travel to play other top players, you’ll be fine. Unless you have a bad coach. A bad coach can ruin everyone and everything.

As long as you have a good coach your chances of playing college soccer is the same with any league.

ECNL is a waste unless your coach and team are good. There were many years that the Oregon teams fizzled out.

OYSA/National League teams have done just as well. Sometimes better.
