How many teams were formed?

Are they playing in PSPL?

If they play OYSA do they get to wear those girly purple kits or IFC kits?

SCA will not be playing in OYSA. They will organize friendlies throughout the year and play in tournaments. Friendlies will be at no extra cost but tournaments will cost extra. Starting club fee is $1900!!!!!! Ouch!

Maybe some good extra games

Maybe OYSA clubs can pick up some extra games during the year playing SCA. I have a feeling this club is going to make it. Maybe not in OYSA but as pure training center.

Can't wait to see how pure training goes from October to March with the east wind barrelling in off I-205 and the accompanying snow, rain, sleet not to mention the frozen SDA fields.

They will be ready for hand to hand mortal combat, for sure.

East County's version of the 300! or in this case around 3.

I would appear so. The OYSA being the Champions League of the NW has too high a standards with existing clubs being superbly run organisations with only the interest of player development and player experience on their minds. Yup.

In other words SCA was not allowed into the league as a new club, I believe a few new teams elsewhere had the same issue. So there players will have to train x3 times a week with SCA and play games with a different club. That's my understanding.

You could volunteer at one of those neighborhood clubs - they can always use the help.

It's funny you should say that. SCA is going to run free coach education for local rec clubs and anyone that wishes to attend. Pretty big on this as they currently work with some of the most deprived area's in London so big on this.
