They won't be looking at ECNL games unless your a Sophmore or Junior and they won't be looking at GDA games until then either. You can get better exposure by picking your top college choices and visiting the schools, meeting the coaches face to face, going to that colleges summer ID camp, and following up with the coach.

We have received an email from a d1 college coach to come to an elite ID camp this summer. She went to Regionals in Arizona in January, is it possible that this coach saw her there or is it more likely that it's just a mass email? Just an honest question hoping for honest replies, as unlikely as that is on this site.

It's 3x week training.

Since your DD is an '03 and she was at regionals, it is very likely that she caught the coach's eye. She's at the age where recruiters do send out ID Camp invites. Their programs typically charge for camps because the camps double as fundraisers. If your daughter is interested in the school and you can afford it, then have DD do the camp.
Your club should offer college planning so ask them about this experience.
