Actually, yes you do PK's in pool play in the event of a tie. It goes straight to PK's at the end of regulation. They do this so in the even of a tiebreaker. Somebody won the shootout...Eugene...Bend?

In this case the outcome creates a tiebreaker metric of last resort, instead of a coin flip per say.

Once again it's not a win or loss determination.

0PDX is through to the knockout stage, even if they happened to lose 4-0 to UPDX Blue. Which they won't.

Assuming OP is referring to Westside's second goal. Came off a free kick, AR raised flag for offside, center ref discussed with AR than awarded the goal. I was too far away to tell.

Other than that, nothing unusual about the officiating. Physical but not dirty game, fun to watch.

Bend won the shoot out but probably won’t even matter-last tie breaker after several others in the pool. Both teams still control their own destiny. If they both win out they will both make it through...

Given that both teams have to play ADF, the F Bombs will definitely have something to say. "Win out" includes "beat ADF".

Bend has not won anything yet. There are several ways where they could actually not make it out of pool play- if they lose to adf and Eugene beats adf (let’s assume both will beat woodburn) Or if they tie with Eugene for second place in the pool and have a worse goal differential than Eugene or any other of the tie breakers that are before the pk’s-
