It’s short sighted to assume the top players are all on DA teams. Eugene, Bend, Cuervos and ADF all have at least one great player as well that could easily make that list.

Most of the players being lobbied for around here are big and fast. That list is exhibit A.

The coaches know the good players, and they're usually not the ones the parents would choose.

[QUOTE=Unregistered;2156082]You have a point. But the kid that I’m talking about is training two days a week with PTFC’s ‘01 age group also. PTFC wouldn’t do that if he was average or even above average.
He also received an email for invite to the ‘04 National Team Camp as an ‘05. I think those two reasons explains

I have seen both the 04's and 05's from Wash. Timbers multiple times over the last year. If he is really THAT GOOD it would be obvious who he is and that is not the case. Did very little recently against 05 fc pdx and he should be dominating when playing "down" for example. Also training with any TA team just means he knows someone or pays for private training (maybe older brother on that team??) and very little to do with talent and if he is there that often training 4 years up why is he not playing on any TA team at any age group? It would seem that the little DA would be a waste of his time and talent...

And speaking as someone not from FC, I'd say FC deserves two-three players on this list, but not 4. #91, certainly. #4, a good argument can be made. Yes to the keeper. But no to #9--he's big and strong enough to play with the 04s, but apparently not skilled enough to hang with other kids his own size.

          Yes, number 4.

Not sure what you saw, or didn't pick up on, but he is among the top 2005 talent when he plays in the back and certainly a WT standout.

Anyone else going to take a stab at this?

Does anyone else know who this kid is, or just his dad? Post some video.

WT and standout don't go together with this bunch, all the WT talent left for TA and I can't think of a single player from that team I would put on the list. I also think you are forgetting about 2 CFC kids, the flea and the forward if he is actually an 05...as for the fc 06 no chance and you have left off a couple other wash and xfire and one eastside defender who played great positional defense even though he was getting pounded all day long and does not have much help

Well, on the grounds of "let the coaches decide", the WT field players that Cony seems to give the most run are, in no particular order:

                    #3 (striker)
#7 (left wing, sometimes centerback. Probably WT's best overall player, can play any position on field).
                    #4 (right wing, midfield)
#20 (midfield, sometimes on defense. Played for ADF last season)
#9 (left fullback, midfield. 2006 player).
                    #15 (midfield, centerback)
                    #36 (centerback, right fullback)
                    #8 (right fullback, midfield)

In goal, both #0 (ADF last year) and #1 (Crossfire last year) get equal time, although the Crossfire keeper has been out with an injury for the past month.

This list is not an endorsement for any of the above players, just noting who gets the most PT.

Do the two FC forwards really belong on this list?
I am not sure if either one of them really has much skill besides being bullies!

I am not the mother, the father, or the coach. Side note, I hear the mom is a handful.

Don't be a hater because your kid didn't make the list. He must be a defender. You are probably one of those FCP parents complaining constatntly about all of the 2006's playing up and taking your precious 2005 snowflake's spot.

Let's hear your list tough guy.
