Well, we told them that in order to get a new bridge, it has to have a choo-choo on it, and they took their ball and went home. So now those who have real jobs in Hillsboro have to sit in traffic.

They need to put a $2 toll on each bridge, one way, and that should cut down on traffic. Make it $5 from 6am-9am and 4pm-7pm and traffic would really thin out.
