He is a Midfielder- it will be a good matchup with FC's holding mid. Should be a good game as fc has definately improved and Washington adds said player for the first time since the summer. Chemistry and how he mixes back in will be interesting

Already crying? Let the officials decide what is dirty- they are much less biased than you parents on the sideline that cry about canopys and field conditions. If it's not from behind what problem do you have with a kid playing as aggressive as the ref will allow? Is your snowflake too soft and fragile to stand up to it or something? Stand up to them and get just as physical with them. Did you not learn anything in California, high level soccer is physical so get used to it

Have no idea who that is. FCP has not had anyone in the holding mid position that has stood out.

He played 3 years up? As a 10 year-old? Is that correct? If so, good on him. That's very difficult.

We've seen a few kids go 2 years up, but it's a pretty tough ask given the difference in physical maturity between 10/11 year-olds and 13 year-olds.

I will weigh in on this, as I am not even sure the poster above had a child in California. First of all, FC is playing better now than they did in September. However, their defense is way too suspect and their overall game does not match up well with Washington. If their 05 Mid is playing, it will be close. If he is not, game over.

If you are recurring to TE as the '05 mid, well then they will be fine without him! He didn't do a thing against us and then got subbed out mid way through the 2nd half. Can you say overrated! It seems that just because some kids/parents know, or have seen others in ODP, that they feel the boys are cream of the crop when that is not necessarily the case.

The reason so many parents talk about kids like the FC mid, or the 06 Washington player, and how their Son played with them in ODP, is because they are good kids/players. Sorry that your Son did not make the State team, or the Regional team (My Son Did, and I could not be a bigger fan of either kid) put your nasty hatred and jealousy and move on. Your son is special to you...that should be enough. Now, run back to Westside.

I am the op and not an FCP parent. We have played them twice, one when he did play in one when he didn't. There was not a big difference in that part of the field. That's all.
