Does it sell some extra tickets to half filled stadiums and some extra merchandise? Sure but probably not that much. Many also run camps and clinics, which brings in cash to offset DA costs. But that's about it. They don't benefit from home grown players financially because of youth labor laws. It isn't Europe and never will be.
