This isn't the first time this has happened. Even WashT has held tryouts earlier than OYSA in the past without any issues.

Tryouts earlier than that is in violation and they will not be able to play in state sanctioned leagues.

I know that OYSA knows about this. It's FCSC and Pacific's job to monitor this. My guess is that other clubs are waiting for these clubs to have their tryouts and then call them out afterwards in effect eliminating them from league play.
Link to the OYSA rules about tryout dates, and/or to their published dates. WYS makes the dates extremely clear but OYSA not so much.

          Keep looking.
It clearly states the 72 hour rule

So they will travel all over Washington to play in a league, even though with the level of their teams they can get plenty of competition just across the bridge. What a waste of time and money.

That makes sense. A very, very weak league.

Yep. About no par with OYSA.

                    Thought this was interesting:

Section 7. Player Development and Movement
                    (A) Oregon Youth Soccer does not have a policy on recruitment. We do, however,
have procedures that must be followed for a player transfer to be properly
                    executed.

So all this "recruiting" all the clowns complain about isn't even a thing.

Scroll down to the bottom. Still can't find where this is posted on the OYSA site though.

Because FCSC is a WA club they follow WA Youth Soccer rules.
No one from OR is going to play for them anyways so what's all the worry?
                        Who cares?

What will FCSC do when players don't accept spots on the team?

And FCSC has to wait until other tryouts are done? Seems weird

Timbers will not turn down fcsc or pacific money for leagues.
