The facts don't even say that. It just says that the ECNL attracts players most likely to play in college. It doesn't diminish chances of players not in the ECNL.

But as MoreBull would say, what's the point! There is no point even playing soccer if you're not going to be the best player in the world!!

Sorry MoreBull. You simply don't know what you're talking about. You can post whatever garbage you want. It doesn't make you right.

I could care less what it is that you spend your money on that makes you happy or what you think your player needs or desires. But when you spread your thin veiled lies about how great ECNL or Thorns Academy is and how it's making your DD a better player then the rest that dont do it, but cant beat the local teams in the NW, I'll call you out every day. Its sooo easy to troll you and your followers into a frenzy thinking your better then the rest.

Ive got nothing to loose here and youve got everything to defend (and nothing to show for it).

All of you people, regardless of the club you are with, should really stop equating any particular league with D1 college soccer. You are talking about 4% to 5% of high school age player nationwide that will play college soccer at ANY level.

In truth, most Oregon based players who do actually manage to play in college would see very little field time at the majority of D1 schools. That is just the way it is. Because, if the majority of D1 players are coming from ECNL programs, as you mention, then they are likely coming from stronger programs than Oregon can offer. So, play it for what it is and enjoy the ride. D2, D3 and NAIA are going to be 95% of the competition level that all but a very few Oregon players are able to make.

So, for the girls who got multiple Pac 12 offers, they are what one would call very special then.

As of today, Pac 12 is the top ranked conference

Nice try MoreBull. I'm calling you out on your predictable average quitter mentality.

                      Out of curiosity then....

How many played ODP starting the first year eligible ?
How many advanced to hold over camp ?

How many played on an Oregon ECNL team from the first year it was available ?

How many did NOT play ECNL or ODP during their high school years ?

How many were on state high school winning teams ?

How many have more then a 50% ride their freshman year offer ?

Getting an offer to play at a D1 school is one thing (especially when it's 10-15%) it's another to be sought after and schools chasing you.

i guess first you have to make it to the finish line before you can say you've ran the race. lemme know when your DD starts high school.

It's also tempered if the D1 school is UoP, Ducks or Beavers.

She's already there and has several schools in the hopper. Sorry sucker. Your assumptions are off. You're wrong. Keep quitting and being average!

Huh? Your questions could not be more irrelevant and pointless.
