Please re-read my post. I said high school age. The number of boys playing high school football is over 1 million while soccer is 410K. Baseball and basketball are both higher than soccer. I am sure more would play basketball, but on 12 are on a team.

Most of the real male athletes are not doing soccer. They do soccer if they can't handle football or not good enough to play basketball.

I think soccer parents of only girls are the ones that are flat out nuts, especially dads. If you have a boy and a girl you are chill. If you have only sons, you got your sons, so you're chill. when you have only girls Dads wish they had boys so they push and drive their girls hard on sports, and then act like nut jobs on Soccer forums and sidelines. Football is nothing to pick up and learn how to play. Look at Mike Anderson the RB from a few years ago, he played in the band in HS, along with the other non-jocks. He's probably the only person in his class however to play in the NFL. Ha, imagine that, the best football player in his HS and he was playing band. Imagine the jealousy of all of those football player's dads. The star running back is probably taking orders from the drive up.

Most football players are big, heavy lineman type. Not athletes. You can only have a few skill positions. The rest, not really athletes. Baseball, similar. A few athletes.

Once again, you don't read other people's posts. Other poster conceded already that there are 80 kids on a football team. Of course no cuts like in soccer. They keep everyone. Probably 20 of them actually play. So what's your point? Because once again, you've got nothing.
