The part you missed is that about half the teams are from FCP or CU, the other teams are at best C level rec teams, they are only tolerated because the big two Hope to recruit all their players and put those clubs out of business.
Those clubs don't need players from the other OPL clubs, they already have tons of girls coming over from Salem and Washington (OYSA teams).

I know of at least 7 at U15 for THUSC. All from Vancouver.

At least those teams are better than what FCP and Crossfire United currently field in OPL. And there are five times more players on the UO roster from those schools than from FCP and CU combined.

OK, whatever you say there big fella. Just be sure to not wear your cleats to the Chinook Cup, it looks a little silly when your just a parent on the sideline. Wear some regular shoes for once.

When presented with facts, the poor OPL parents resort to attacks. And Chinook Cup is one of your OPL tourneys, you shouldn't be putting it down.

Maybe but probably not. They don't really have any HS girls teams. They are listed on the OPL site because they entered U10 teams in the Directors Cup.

lol, the OPL looks to deceive....

OPL has dropped 16 girls teams from their total last year.
                    OYSA gained 7 girls teams.

on the boys side its still up in the air but rumor has it by next fall OYSA will be adding up to 25 teams from OPL. That is a lot of revenue....looks like another Fall Season of "Free Fees"

                    LMFAO

FC PDX sent all their HS Navy Boys teams to OYSA. It has begun.

This is not a surprise. Everyone knew OYSA was stronger on the boys side. Now it's just a matter of time before the same happens with OYSA sending girls back to OPL. They just needed to get more boys on their side first so they can free the girls teams from having to subsidize the boys.

The problem with that theory is that OYSA is now also stronger on the girls side at most age groups. At my daughters age group there are maybe two decent teams left in the OPL and about 6 in OYSA.

                            OYSA/TA FWRL THORNS ACADEMY.

I would say OPL is the place to be for better opportunities.
