Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThe truth is neither of these leagues make their money off HS age groups. Youth soccer in general makes all its money for youth, not highschoolers. It doesn't matter if your in OPL or OYSA it matters how good you are and if you can get exposure to college recruiters (or Timbers/thorns if you want to skip college). There are many ways someone can get exposure, so in the end youth soccer is what we all know it is, a money grab. Every club both in OPL and OYSA do it for the money. If they didn't care about the money there wouldn't be so much politics going on.

Reunited?????
I see in the oysa U14 Boys Prem that both Crossfire and FCP have teams, does this mean the ice is melting? What will all the haters have to post about now?

Funny times
You know you have teams for HS boys willing to travel to WA 3+hrs for league play. I think you all need to stop fighting and work towards combining the league and developing divisions.
Someone has to give I don't care who but as parent in WA I don't want my DS traveling to Oregon for an away game.
You have customers shopping elsewhere.
