We paid about $500 for my dd to play half a game each against Utah and Boise in Salt Lake.

EST Showcase is looking better to us all the time.

$520 is a lot of money to pay to play a total of four games against Nova and Avalanche.

Since it's a local tournament, ECNL girls wouldn't want to play in it. They enjoy traveling without their parents. Thursday through Sunday without their dad hanging around and only communicating via text. It's the best four days they can have.

I'm the one who posted what you quoted. I am just an observer. I think both ECNL and Academy are good opportunities for kids. At least soccer is trying to innovate and move forward in Oregon.
