Good story but not too many truths in there. NWCL winners qualify for NPL Finals. PSPL was dropped as a qualifying league for NPL Finals. OPL is still a qualifying league. Check it out with Gabe Rood if you don't believe it.

And the RCL clubs don't care one way or the other about OPL/OYSA. Both tend to be merely chances to run up the scores.

Better chance than any OYSA teams, no doubt about it. If you can't run with the big dogs, stay at home on GW's porch.

Sorry, but you have to be US Club to play in NPL Finals. Also, the winner of NWCL and OR OPL and WA Premier league all 3 will be invited

Believe that if you will. OYSA is actually both US Club and USYS. That is actually pretty common. That way it doesn't limit where teams can play.

OYSA is USYS only. Maybe some teams that play in OYSA are also registered with US Club, but OYSA itself is not US Club. Get your facts straight.

I remember when I called Frasier and asked if LO would be applying to gain a spot for ECNL. At the time we were traveling to Seattle and we knew through our coach that LO would be aligning with Crossfire. He told me that the board had discussed it but after review they did not think it worth their while. Funny thing is that the very next year they get ECNL. I wouldn't bet on anything you hear here or your secret buddy board member tells you.

Just so you will understand, I believe that both individuals have received credible information from their "secret" sources but that at the end of the day something entirely different will happen.

My advice: Wait and see.
