1. So is it a good thing for parents to have to WAIT for the Academy details?

2. They have had 12 months so why are the Thorns/Timbers waiting?

3. Does the delay discourage some parents/players from trying out for ECNL teams in hopes of the "$500" alternative?

4. Does adding to the uncertainty help the Alliance clubs compared to saying that there is NOT going to be an Academy by "trapping" them in the Alliance clubs?

How then can you judge their actions (or inaction's) from the posts on this forum ?? You clearly state they may not read TS, but yet you expect them to respond to you and your opinion (that you so obviously share with the world in print).

Have you called them personally ? Why not ? If not, how do they know that you are waiting to learn more about this program. Do you need the number ? Its actually easier then typing your rants here.

Why not try and send them an email. Start with Erik and see what comes of it. Do you need Erik's email address ? If you don't get a response, go to his boss (I think that's Mike Smith), so on and so forth til you get to MP.

If your questions fall on deaf ears, then post your communications (so we know your aren't full of BS) and let the bashing begin.

A - FWRL to USYS Regionals plus Vegas & Surf


B - Tourney only team like: Albion, Mustang, Crossfire, Vegas, Disney & Surf.

Once that choice is made then prepare a budget. It takes most clubs/teams about a month to work out the details not TEN.

If there is another option that will deliver something MORE than ODP but LESS than ECNL lets hear it.

They do not have to invent the wheel!

Everyone was chastising CU and FCP and they had a couple of weeks to get U14 budgets figured out. But they got it done.

A question though, don't you have to win something to go to FRWL or USYS? Don't you have to compete in a league? Additionally, just by slapping some kids together will those tourneys allow them entry? Not being snarky, honestly don't know.
