It used to be ok.
Then a couple oddballs found they could troll here and get soccer parents to respond to them.
Then the OYSA/OPL split really stirred the pot.
by the time the topic of ECNL came up the trolling and flaming had gotten out of hand.
TS is mostly a spam blog now. Hopefully it will turn around.
Maybe removing anonymous posting will help.

Funny Sodiumfan[2], I went back and looked at some of the older posts on this board when they relaunched. . . Folks posted registered and were way more polite back then (seems you've always been polite on here, although you know how to stick up for yourself).

I've participated in a number of soccer forums over the years; this is one is by far the most negative and nasty (old Oregon Live one was right there with it I guess), which is kind of ironic considering it is so youth sports oriented . . .

I hate to admit it though do take a guilty pleasure in watching the circus on here when it does not utterly disgust. I've also learned quite a bit on here, even through all the crud (although more than once haven't discounted enough the rate of inaccuracy on here).

Doesn't mean it is all harmless though, even if it can be funny.
