The boy are screwed at high school age. Thank God that Victor has arrived to shape things up.

Can anyone answer this question?
It is my understanding that the Harmony fields are built on a Clark County gravel pit that the County owns the land. If this is true, why would you spend money on turf fields that could be taken away when the county needs the gravel.
Sunny? is another issue that you will have to speak out of both sides of your month about?

Would need to see the EXACT language buuuuut
Originally posted by Unregistered View Postthe lease reads like this, if Clark County ever wants to use Harmony to mine it they would have to replace it at equal or greater value....so if any turf goes in they have to replace it somewhere else.
Before installing the turf you should have a lawyer confirm that the county is on the hook for the improvements too. Better safe than sorry!

Any updates?
Page 16 of this linked document says that the Harmony turf fields were to be used for the Clash at the Border. That must have been artificial mud I saw out there...

Now that we are in August and the club has demonstrated zero progress to its members, I feel compelled to ask what these monkey's have been doing for the past several months? Granted, I should never have my hopes up for this club given the history and lack of leadership that's been on display for decades. If there is a pool on having the fields completed before 2016....I'm taking the over!
