Four nights on no league weeks
Ok since you "don't know what you don't know" I'll attempt to splain dis to ya: ECNL teams only have games TWICE a month, therefore there are TWO weekends a month that they "usually" practice one or even two days. So what you "should" see for the kids in the season is 3 practices on game weeks and 4-5 on non game weeks. If the local teams try to compete against the ECNL teams with only 3 training sessions a week they are going to get run off the pitch regardless of skill level because you have to be in better shape physically and mentally than you can develop with a rec+ mentality to practice.
This is high level competitive soccer for SERIOUS players and coaches. I know TA is up for the challenge but have my doubts about FM & JK.
