Unfortunate there's not a promotion to OPL available from OYSA - now that would be something worth fighting for! Teams would be scrambling just to make sure they didn't get relegated to OYSA!

That's funny, except for the last time we were in OPL, we won the league, including over the precious Onyx, and we won the OPL State Cup. We've already qualified for Regionals, but if any OPL team would like to come over and play us, we are happy to do it. Send over the OPL state cup champion for a Super State Cup game. I can already tell you the result. We've lost one local game in two years, and it wasn't to an Oregon team. And the last time we lost was in Surf Super Group. Since then we haven't lost in something like 25 games. So yeah, send your relegated teams down to OYSA, we're tired of 5-0 games but if that's what you want, come on down.

I'm just following the rules. It says "Tiebreakers will be considered in order until the tie is broken, then restarted to break the remaining tie". Even Region IV rules say to start over at a specified point.
