There is so much money in in that I will be surprised if a new elite league doesn't pop up. The ecnl is getting very diluted.

Would Oregon make the top 20 ecnl teams?

Really? We just got ECNL and it's already obsolete?

The idea is a new league will be the best of the best of ECNL. It will take the top 20 teams into an upper division league that will be play truly elite teams against each other. No more pansies.

There will be relegation and promotion from the minor leagues (ECNL will be the B league SECNL will be the premier league).

The cost will be higher, with international travel, but it will be a true "super elite" league, not just in name.
It this real or just someone thinking out loud?

It's inevitable that the next best thing will come along.

Well, it will likely be better than the Oregon ECNL teams. How much? Not sure at this time. Certainly cannot call it a Super Elite Club.

Highly doubtful that something that doesn't exist will be better than something that does...

Just shows you how bad our ECNL teams will be.

Not sure how they will perform, but I'm sure of one thing, they are not "our" ECNL teams when it comes to you. You have nothing to do with it good or bad. Have fun with your TA/OYSA bush league.

To put some perspective on this thread ECNL is a brand that is well established and identified by colleges.

If you want to get your team, your player and your clubs program on to the big stage it takes some marketing.
ECNL has brand recognition nationally through site LIKE not just but like this one

                              http://www.topdrawersoccer.com/club-...omen/u14/2/384

Womens professional soccer will take time to get brand recognition. BTW you are the state with one of the greatest brand builders NIKE. They know that their brand alone draws attention.

Hopefully Phil Knight will help the women professional program he brings a great marketing mind.

No, Phil Knight will tell the women't professional league to hire their own marketing people and if they do a good job, they will put themselves in position to be successful. Phil Knight has his hands full with being chairman at Nike and doing his other work.
