    Ecnl coaches

Taking guesses on assignments if it all remains the same guys and no new coaches with fresh ideas or are really hungry what's the point. Same old crap served on a clean plate.

14s-FM Again just cause he can and probably will
15s-best guess FM since he has the 14 LO group
16s-TA will not let go of onyx which puts s strangle hold on that age group.
17s-probably a Thusc coach or one of the many DOCs
18s-JK since he has the best 17s in state with reign.

Is there any younger coaches at either club (Crossfire or THUSC) who could at least be an assistant? Any good female coaches potentially?

It's already been announced at THUSC that TA will be head coach and Rochelle Hearns will be assistant for U-14

At FC, Garret Smith will be directing the ECNL program. Coaches to be announced very soon.

Maybe there will be new coaches recruited from other clubs for the ECNL teams at FCP and XFire Utd?

So Tom the head of 14-16s an easy 10-12 thousand per team an extra 20k and he does not think anybody else is worth coaching those age groups. Total control freak

Sorry your DD doesn't have the grades to get into UoP. Maybe she'll be ablel to play intramural soccer at PCC?

He has done a good job with the teams he has coached. Whether you like him or not you cannot deny that.

I just wonder whether the Onyx players and parents would (if they were being totally honest) prefer a different voice and coaching style? Seeing as they have had the same thing for so long.

You do not need a super high GPA for UOP.

Garret Smith is a great coach and a high percentage of FC players do get to play at UOP just leave it at that.

There are a couple good ones that could step in right away and help.

From time to time I think every parent would say yes. His strength is not communication with parents. However, in the end he looks out for his players and is very honest with them. He ads extra training sessions all the time preparing the girls for each and every event they play in. In the end there are way more positives then negatives. He is very connected with college coaches and many of the girls are already seeing the benefit from that.
