Who is your post directed at? The kids who might end up trying out or the Thorns themselves? I hope it's not toward the kids because one of them could be your kid. What if it is an attractive program? Are you going to stay away just because you are currently with an OPL club? My dd is going to try out for what appears to be the best options. Just what is your concern other than for our wallets and if that IS your concern I speak for the majority of parents regardless of support for ECNL we are well aware of the costs nobody it trying to hide the costs.
Lastly we are adults and can make informed decision with accurate data and the first hand experience of dozens of local families.
Your constant CAMPIAGN to misinform and mislead parents about the costs and benefits of the ECNL makes every reader question your motivation.Comment

This is rather humerous in hindsight. All of the insults directed at the Academy yet the Academy has their numbers and their rosters and ECNL is still struggling with their rosters and numbers due to the lack of people committing. Can't wait to see those rosters. I'm sure the other ECNL parents would like to see them too. Why aren't you more concerned about who is going to be at the Seattle & Colorado showcases? After all that will have more impact on the Academy than who is playing for which ECNL team. It's not like the girls who turn down their ECNL invites are going to come knocking on the Academy door or anything.Comment
