In Ptld it would mean 30 minutes. In Southern Oregon it is more like 10.
Definitely easy access.

Ok, to try to be clearer, I was thinking another 30 minutes of driving from the field to Southern Oregon Univ and back. 15 minute there + 15 minutes back = about 30 more minutes total driving time.

It might be worth the extra time for some. We enjoyed our visit. We arranged a tour ahead of time, got up early, went for a tour, played the game, and drove home, all in one long day. It is possible although you may want to stay the night.
