OMG, you are right, Eastside actively recruits them. It's so obvious that anytime something like this happens at a single institution it has be to be different the the one offs.

Oh, here is a link to a Sherwood principle from April of this year.... Looks like he pimped the boy out to other parents in the Sherwood area. Looks like a pattern to me. Apparently, the Sherwood school system recruits pedophiles as well and then shares them with the parents of the community.

Enabling by not having proper policies and procedures in place. 2 staff at Sherwood in a short period of time is shameful and similar to the problem at Eastside.
