I'm sure Stalker Coach from Southern Oregon was there.
Next question is why would anyone be at the U15 games. No offense intended.

For another, next year is the big year and it makes sense for local coaches, especially the new staff at UofO to get to know the local talent (they not only attended U15 but U16 and U17, although they are a bit late for the U17s).
Lastly, at the U15 age group there are some ODP national camp attendees who play (both 97 and 98) and those always get attention.
So basically, it seems pretty logical as to why they were there. Spend one day, see three or four games of U15 and U16s teams which have some of the top talent in the state for those age groups.

So other than the Ducks was any other Pac 12 school at the games?

Look for the person in grey sweats and visor with a whistle around their neck, holding a clip board.

Along with that, the etiquette is once a player has committed other coaches generally won't pursue that player. Not to mention, girls mature physically much faster than boys so you kinda know what you're getting athletically by this time.
