If you're talking about ECNL, they are adding Seattle United Reign Academy this year. No other from the NW. And that was the final nail in the coffin for USSDA coming to the NW.

I think the more clubs they add the more likely the Elite model will crumble. It isn't sustainable so those who are make the money off of it will milk it until it implodes.
