Looking at FC Portland financial statements, they are really tough finanancial condition as a club. A grand in the bank and hundreds of thousands in current liabilities at June 30 2013.

Develope players?? Maybe, but i would say it has to do with recruiting more than anything. At least 6 new players since we played them in fall. Good team but I would't put it all on the coaches.
