    Have your kid finish with a high GPA or better yet a high SAT score you can get 'Presidential' scholarships at both UofO and OSU.

    U of O = 9k a year for 4 years

    OSU = 10k a year for 4 years

    Or pick your college, then have your kid join the colleges club soccer team (travel to other colleges and play) It would be about as prestigious as playing on the Varsity team, but a lot more fun.

            What's wrong with that? You have something against success?

It's a dark cold reality for her, but one she will have to face. Now, go look up soccer commitments and get back to us with that crow you will be eating. The TA has placed a good 7 into the Pac 12 in 2016-2018 classes.
              Name the 7. Can't do it, can you?

                  Hint: PCC isn't in the Pac-12.

                    For your daughters club? More like the entire Timbers Alliance.

                      Timbers Alliance doesn't have 3 HS players total among their 7 clubs. Any talent the TA ever had left there long ago.

                          Everything changes with the USSDA taking over. Thorns Academy will finally be a major player.

                            It's been done many times before. And actually, with what the U17 and U16 teams are doing, that number is up. The old Copa team that is now U18 has placed 7 between D1 and D2 and that number is about to go up. But go back to sticking your head in the sand and ignoring facts.

                              That old Copa team broke up 2 years ago. Best players went to ECNL. A few pine riders did Thorns for a year.

                                USSDA doesn't stand a chance in a fight with ECNL. US Soccer can't even get more than a couple MLS teams to even have NWSL teams, they'll never get them to have little girl academies. No money in it.
