No they won't. If they do, it will mean that they come on this blog. And the truth is, no one that comes on here would ever admit it, because they know it's embarrassing!! The really sad thing is that blogs like this, twitter and facebook become an instant hit. Being a coward is now cool. Welcome to America. Can't wait until boxing bouts are on twitter.

I highly doubt any Onyx parent would care what you call their team as long as they remain on top and beat every team here. I know I wouldn't be offended at all. People talk about them because they are the best. You don't hear anyone talking about the bottom teams. People really get desperate on here.

This is the best you can come up with. Methane as you put it has not lost to a team in Oregon for over three years. Just like your kids team you need to work on your game. Your bringing some weak sauce!!

You know what I'm talking about.

            Best team ever.....

Was clearly my classic soccer team from 1980 to 1983. Went undefeated for three years straight. Soccer was still in relative infancy, especially in these parts. But that wasn't what made the team so great. The best part were these super short, thin material, white, 'running' shorts, that some idiot parent picked as part of our 'kit'. On hard runs, it would look like we were wearing women's panties. You don't want to know what happened when they got wet. Come to think of it, I doubt those matches were won on skill, the other side was probably just standing around laughing too damn hard to care. You can talk about Pele, Barcelona, Man U., Brazil National team, or what a circle jerk Westside is. But they all pale in comparison to my Junior High Classic soccer team in the late 70's to the early 80's striving for victories in women's underwear.

It is a weak age group and therefore a weak team. I can think of a number of prior teams that would easily beat this team. FC Sapphire , LO Defeaters are a couple that easily come to mind.

There have been many great teams that have come out of Oregon and unless they all played each other we'll never really know. In a year or two they'll be another top team and the cycle will continue. This is like argueing over if Jordan or Lebron is the greatest basketball player ever. Weak bracket or not Onyx has proven that they can compete outside the state and compete with the top teams in the country. That's not an easy task for a team from Oregon where the speed of play is just sad. We should be supporting all our teams and not trying to tear them down.

If the U14's are a weak age group, then that must mean that the U15's are down right terrible, given Onyx's record in Spring League. "Easily beat"????????? "Easily come to mind"?????????? Get a life :)

True u14 and u15 are weak. Can't really say how good Methane is until they play outside of state where they lose more frequently.
