(Rodolfo?,) you might be right about CFC. But it is too late to complain for last year. If you want to change the rules for next season, now is the time to speak up to OPL. CFC knew the rules when they started and it might look unfair, but it would be MORE unfair if OPL changes the rules to let CFC play in Premier. (J.)

So to avoid arguments/issues like this, is it agreeable that OPL should create a scheduling policy where all teams in a league play all other teams in the league, thereby creating a balanced schedule? This whole argument wouldn't exist if such a schedule had been in place.
The way to a balanced schedule is to have a hard limit on the number of teams in a league. That means if you promote you have to relegate. No more asking the Doc whether or not they wish to move down.
The weakness in the OPL system would be eliminated if they followed their own rules. The problems are created because a strong rule is implemented but the first time it impacts one of the no clubs they make exceptions.

Let's not try to change the subject. Why is it that WST doesn't want CFC in premier? Hmm....... same reason they're regretting helping Samba get there I would guess.
