Not from updx: I am not sure how I can make it any more clear to someone who is so pigheaded and refuses to be honest

opfc and updx played basically even across the age groups with each team having edges in different age groups but nothing significant- updx teams got killed across the board in Washington ecnl and destroyed any time they played in showcases against CA, NV AZ etc. why can’t you see the obvious hypocrisy opfc, you would be in the same bottom half you mock updx for being in. You have not been playing against any “A” let alone many b or c teams from the other states in our region for the last couple years and have slummed in the minnow bracket in the last few summers so there is no definitive comparison - ecnl and mls next now dominate boys soccer as well and you need to stop ….

For someone that isn’t with United you sure stick up for them a lot. My kids both play for wsm and I’m sick of reading about both clubs and with you would just stop.

All the clubs are about the same. Playing where your kid has friends - playing in OYSA. All good value. If you're lucky - when your kids are grown and have real jobs you'll all be able to look back on the experience with good memories.

So winning determines who is best? These posts are made by OPFC staff. They know themselves that the con is eventually going to be found out. The plan is to not develop the person, just win and brag about it. UPDX and OPFC are run by non soccer development people.

Talk about video- never do it

3x a week training at best and ball gets rolled out rondos for 30 and very little gets worked on tactically for each player- tend to look for big:fast/athletic players to compensate for lack of development which is why they are outplayed tactically at the end of every year- but they got lucky recently since all good clubs in the far west region have gone to ecnl already and have their second and third tier teams in ecrl not usys..

Talk chit about every league they are not in only to chase it the following years- if usys is so good and you try to puff your chest about regional results why move to ecrl(trying to get to ecnl) if that competition is so good

Do yourself a favor- grow up and look in the mirror and decide if you want to be as do us by today as your were yesterday. If you have a kid at opfc you know that video analysis (yes all games are taped) is not something that happens and most nights the coaches are mailing it in if you will at practice and very little technical development takes place and almost no individual skill development or improvement opportunities are identified for work…..that is unless you come out of pocket for privates or do pdx academy

I am trying to decipher this opening sentence, but I am not sure what you mean at all. Sorry. As to the rest, it sounds like your experience with OPFC was not favorable. May I inquire what age group or gender? Sadly, I have heard a lot of clubs have "that coach" who conducts privates, and on that I think most can agree that it is a bad look.
