I’m pretty sure it’s OPFC.
They practice 3-4x’s a week, sometimes up to 2 hours a session; film sessions starting at U12; separation of 1st team kids from rest (allows more competitive trainings, better coach-to-player ratio); play at highest levels for the most part (OYSA Gold, E64, EA, ECRL, soon come ECNL); has legitimate farm system in place for players & coaches (best of the best from WUFC and LOSC picked to be part of OPFC at early stages, both players and coaches).
No club really compares. Don’t know how they do it, but they do it.
