Why does it even matter? There was talk that Joe would be the nail in the coffin for SC premier. And if SC merges with Pacific then that appears to be true. So you don't even have to worry about Joe anymore. It appears SC premier is going away after this year.

Mergers take an enormous amount of time!
It is almost December 1st
Tryouts are in May
It takes a massive amount of time to put these types of things together. My guess is that this will not be completed until 2014
