yikes
The kids playing high school are likely worn out at this point, so it will get worse before it gets better. Should be prioritizing rest.

so 1 win out of 18 matches for United as a club
much better

The constant traveling to the puget sound area and losing will wear down most players. Its an uphill battle with no relief in sight.

Close games are exactly what you should be looking for in terms of development, even if you lose every single one. I'd much rather see players lose 10 games by 1 or 2 and be challenged than win almost every game in town.
there isn’t development going on, there is risking it all and injuries for not a lot of upside.
spin it how you wish though

WPFC, Crossfire's B team, and Eastside FC are not "a level beyond OYSA", as OYSA teams routinely beat all three in local tourneys. The reverse is also true, so they are a level below.
But uPDX has yet to tangle with Crossfire's A team (who truly are) or PacNW (a step below Crossfire A, but a step above most of the rest of BECNL or OYSA).
Good news for uPDX is they have WashT next weekend, so a team they can possibly beat.
