Thorns Academy is a joke. Sorry, but they are managed by clowns. Bad coaching as well.

UPDX has a few good teams, so does PCU and Washington Timbers. I would say PCU has the top younger girls teams in region, let alone the state based on the records found online. Their 09 team has won nearly every game they have played for the past 2 years. Their 08 has won everything including Xfire challenge/NWCL/state cup/08 fall/07 fall/u17 7v7 league etc.. UPDX is good as well in those ages and the older ages and could beat most of the ECNL local age groups.

Bridge City shouldn’t even be mentioned. Not sure what the heck they are doing.

Younger age players at PCU and UPDX are moving to NW Elite to play ECNL. They aren't getting enough of a challenge right now ...

Because this is obviously one of the Thorns clowns trying to recruit in desperation. Without the suckers paying 4 times more than OYSA or GA the bums are out of jobs.

Thorns Academy teams has some Westside Timbers players too? Is this true? How does this happen? Are they guest players? Is it to get a chance to showcase?

They use the Westside gimmick as a way to pull more money into Westside, since they are one in the same and the money comes from the same place. They tell all girls that try out for TA that they will automatically be placed on Westside if they don’t make the roster and at Westside they have the chance to be a Discovery Player. It’s a dirty game. All of their DP’s are from Westside Timbers. Smell anything funky with that?

Simply not true that all of the DP's are from westside. If you don't know your facts don't mention lies. Most of the teams do not even have dp's or training players. Obviously they can not have other ecnl players from other teams as training or DP's. Westside is the thorns ECRL teams that is fact.

Surf cup is where all the top teams go...if you haven't been there
