Are you serious. A Timber parent stated how they dominated in Mustang not I just calling you out sucker.

Two things are predictable -
1. Timbers will go "0 for" against the California teams at surf and we will hear about how they dominated the game.
2. Timbers will bring guest players to try and compete.

I'll repeat myself, "Wow you really are a miserable lot arn't you. One can only conclude that the Timbers have bested your team? The only arrogance I see is yours.

Let me nut it our for all you Jealous F's.... V Timbers don't even play in OPL and yet you brought them in to this thread... have you seen them play, ever? have you met their coach? Did you see that when he took them over 1 year ago, he told them they were going to forgo results to learn a form of soccer that will benefit them in years to come. And when they started getting results, you jumped online to ridicule them. Were you there when he challegend the current group to work their tails off to keep their spots because anybody who's anybody at this age group has been calling to be a part of this team. Have you met the parents, who support the team 100%? Have you met the parents of the other clubs who've said thank you to the V Timbers parents for the hospitality at games in Vancouver? or thank you for the welcome you gave my DD in a guest player environment? -- you wouldn't now about guest players, because no one wants to be affliated with your mess. Have you seen the friendship those guest players have forged with the girls on the VTimbers in just a few days together.

Oh and to your last point: There are a many people who post about different teams on here lest their own and I'm really sorry you can't figure that out...Or do you want a pat on the back because your DD can kick the ball really far down the field?

I would really love to make a nice point about your DD's team but I'm sure morons like you will think of ways to diminish it because they are unhappy. So I'll just finish by saying this:

You're wrong. And nice language, winner. No V TimberP parent ever started crap with you all. Go back and read the post you are referring to. It was from someone who respected the way they play the game. Timber fans only responded when their team came under attack. Again find me the post where a true V Timber parent who bragged about anything.

1. VT is a good team. They may be the best team in the region. Are they significantly better then the other teams? That is up for debate.

2. VT does have at least one fan (possibly more) who are pretty proud (or arrogant) about their team. Does it make all of the parents or the entire SW Washington community bad? No.

3. VT did have several guest players from other clubs for Mustang. At least one from THUSC and one from Eugene. Is there any thing wrong with that? No

4. Surf Cup vs. Surf Thanksgiving Tournament. Surf Cup has been around for 30 years. Surf Thanksgiving since around 2008. Is Surf Thanksgiving a great tournament? Hell yes! Take a look at the draw from 2011. There is plenty of tough competion. Much better then what we see in any of the tournaments in Oregon and Washington

5. Are the teams in California better then in Oregon? Yes, and the gap is going to widen. When you play the best teams every weekend, you will get better. Unfortunately, we don't get that opportunity in OPL.

6. Do I wish Valencia and VT were in OPL Premier division. Definitely yes. Even if that means losing to them and seeing the "dads" post **** about the game.

What is the point of all the bickering? What is the point with all of the parents trash talking? The best athletes are the most humble athletes.

She is not the only player on the Timbers team.

She ok, maybe one of the top 5 at 13U girls in the portland metro/vantucky area. Fast yes thats really it. Not very accurate with putting ball in net. I have seen several in the area that are good several of them are all just playing up at 14U. Rumor is that wsa, nemesis and vt are combining and building a top notch team for next year at u14. She would be on the list along with others that they would hope would come down to age and some that would come from Portland. It would be a great team.
