So, please enlighten us as to all of the other conflicts of interests that you are publically fighting. -
    1) On this soccer forum I am just interested in how a private club claims domain over a public facility.

Have you contacted KATU regarding these issues?
    2) I have not contacted KATU about any issues, you have me confused for someone else

Or are you just a one issue citizen?
    3) I am not campaigning for anything, i merely saw a discussion in process, and offered my perspective

And it also begs the question - why haven't you found a solution for your field issue as you have been around for a long time?
    4) My field issue?

    Where to you practice now?
    5)How is that relevant?

I have to say, your club website should be sued for misrepresentation.
6)There you go again assuming you know which club I am from...BTW if you haven't figured it out yet, you are wrong.

You claim to be a premier club and that you develop these great players.
    7) see 5 above

However we go to a number of tournaments and I have never seen an Aloha team.
    8) see 5 above

We've played in PDP league at the top level and I've never seen an Aloha team. 9)Congratulations on playing in PDP league, as stated above I have no affiliation to Aloha. It is time to consider that a broader audience then just Aloha WST is aware of this conversation.
Since we are playing that game, just so you know, you claim that because I am on the opposite side of Aloha on this, somehow WST, DD, and any of the others are somehow "my guy". First, I don't have a guy, perhaps you do, but that isn't relative here. Second, this entire issue is, at worst, and maybe not event that, a conflict of interest. There is nothing illegal. So you can be all excited about some conflict of interest, but that doesn't mean anything, and WST has a valid contract too.

Now, on to more relevant issues, the above post has me interested. I have surveyed the Aloha site and have reviewed the liturature. And from the looks of it, Paul Blackmore has put his club in a very precarious position. He claims someone stole information and committed a crime. That may or may not be true and the FBI, postal service and Beaverton police may or may not pursue the issue. However, what is true is vital information was not protected by Aloha. If I am an Aloha parent, I am very concerned about this. Contacting an attorney might not be a bad thing to do. If this information is as critical as Paul states in his letters, then I would be concerned as a parent. I think that this is an issue that both of us can agree on.

That is concerning. It shows a true lack of accountability and proper protective measures at Aloha. It also makes me wonder what protections my own club or yours have taken. This is a real liability as volunteer organizations start holding personal information.

Very true. But in this situation, Aloha has had a breach of that data and has publicly admitted it. And they sent it out in letters to parents. So not only did they lose data, they admitted it. Class action lawsuit in waiting.

Thanks for providing material to laugh at in your weak argument. Idiot that you are, you have failed to identify the work done for pay. In so doing, you resort to false accusations. There has never been a conflict of interest. You truly need to redirect your focus on positive parenting for the sake of your child.

Kind of tough to protect the kids when the foxes (THPRD/Scott/BILL) are guarding the hen houses (the fields).

THPRD should not have been asking around for Alohas mailing list so they could mail Alohas parents without Alohas consent.

How did THPRD get Alohas mailing list? Has anybody asked or answered that in this thread yet?

Who knows. But that is being addressed as Paul Blackmore has turned it over to the FBI, the US postal service and the Beaverton police. Who knows. However, what we do know is that Aloha did not protect personal data and have admitted it. Just like the theater chain that gets sued for not protecting their patrons adequately, Aloha can get sued for not protecting their data adequately. It's no different.

                Here a new thought

How about rather than trying to subtract other teams access how about AU raise some money and challenge THPRD to turf & light #3 in exchange for exclusive access.

Rather than coming on here bitching an moaning like little kids how about stepping up and acting like adults and ADDING something to the area soccer inventory?

Your are not going to win your argument unless you spend big bucks on an attorney so why not save your money and time and put that toward something that you actually could get?

Some young poor attorney can get a group of parents together for a class action law suit. It was really stupid to send out a letter to all of your parents telling them that someone was able to get in and steal the clubs personal information which contains information that "could potentially endanger our children".

So you have actually indicted your own club and given an attorney all of the information tha they need to sue the club for not providing adequate protection of personal information that you have concluded "coule potentially endanger our children." Hey, you said it yourself. You failed to protect the information and the information is potentially harmful. I sure hope that Tonkin Torp got a big retainer from Aloha since they could be defending a lot of lawsuits from parents. Not a smart move on your part there Paul.

So Aloha parents, have you brought this up with your President? And since this issue has been raised, where is Paul Blackmore and all his posting?

Funny thing is, Aloha is complaining about a conflict of interest. Nothing illegal. Just a conflict of interest (at most).

On the other hand, Aloha has a huge potential liability on their hands. Something that isn't up for debate since it is real and has been admitted publically by the various emails, letters and posts on the Aloha main page.

Wow Paul, I bet this wasn't what you had in mind when you turned all of this in to the FBI, et. al., and started your public campaign against WST. Wonder if KATU channel 2 knows about the breach of your data? If you're not worried about this issue, you should be. Wonder if this little public fight of yours has been worth it, now that you have potential liabilities on your hands.

Heh. This post has effectively killed this thread.

So let me get this straight...Blackmore realized he couldn't win the field fight so now he is going after them for not protecting the AU data? Whoa didn't see that one coming. I'l give him credit for creativity, but really calling the FBI? Talk about misuse of tax payer dollars.

Wish Blackmore focused this much time on developing coaches, better programs and overall club improvements.

I've seen 3rd world countries with 10x worse conditions do more with what they have than he is.

Talk about misplaced time and energy. Now he'll be so wrapped up with everything, by the time he's done he'll have completely missed the point.

Also, glad to see he's willing to take money away from our parks and rec department. Great idea! Ruin soccer and fields for EVERYBODY!!

This guy is making the top of my list for moron of the year. Personal vendetta has taken over and lost sight.

Not only the FBI, but he contacted the US Postal Service and Beaverton police.

I don't know him and not sure all of what is going on, but at least he made his point and was willing to stand up and expose the problems that most of us involved in THJSL have known about but did not know what to do. Now more know about it and hopefully it will get addressed and get worked out for the all of Tualatin Hills/ Beaverton kids.

Actually, he is accusing them of breaching AUSCs database and stealing the information. And he has gone on record stating this, and turned it in to various authorities and the State of Oregon.

So, in addition to setting up AUSC for a law suit for failure to protect the information. He has also set AUSC and himself for being sued for libel if it cannot be proven that the named person actually stole the information. If I were the named person, I would be hiring an attorney to sue both AUSC and Paul Blackmore.

So, lets go to the scoreboard, Paul Blackmore is:

1 - he is wasting taxpayer money with all of this and taking money away from Parks and Rec that could be used for soccer

2 - he has set AUSC up to be sued for failure to protect data

3 - he has set AUSC up to be sued for libel

4 - he has set up himself to be sued for libel

For a guy that just took over as President of the club back in January, he's had himself quite a year. He has put the club in financial risk. He has put himself in financial risk. He has made himself known to a huge number of people who didn't know him before and now have a very unfavorable view of him. And he is no closer to getting access to the fields. Just an outstanding list of accomplishments.

And the best part is that he is reading this, knows it to be true, and isn't coming on here to post anymore. And the best part is that I don't have a dog in this fight as my kids don't train in Tualitan Hills and I am not involved with WST. This thread just caused me to look into a matter I never would have looked at.
