Are you incapable of rational thought? Bullying tactics? Some jerk comes on here and tries to claim that the mayor of Beaverton is getting paid off for some reason. By the way, keep searching, maybe at the library or the mayor's office, and you'll eventually figure out what he was paid for. Meanwhile, take your meds and have a nice day. Living within the Beaverton school district does not mean you are within the THPRD boundaries. THPRD tax payers pay for these fields. Not BSD residents.

Westside has obviously done very well. They have a well paid DOC, and are able to pay board members for consulting services. Isn't it about time they get off the public welfare (discounted fields) and buy/build their own? No one can complain if they aren't using a public resource.

Regardless it is a conflict of interest and shows poor judgement by both parties. Not sure why you keep trying to steer it into a personal or jealosy issue.

If the US Secretary of Defense was getting a paid a consulting fee (while he was the Secretary of Defense) from Boeing, would it matter to you what work the person did for Boeing.

The money that we are talking about was not even campaign contributions, but were direct payments to the mayor. I don't dislike Denny or WSM. I am not a Aloha supporter. I don't even know if the money influence Denny's decisions that impacted WSM or the soccer community. I do see that this is an issue when the mayor accepts money from WSM for "services" regardless if he did work for them or not while he was (is) mayor of Beaverton.

I figured it out. Thanks for the encouragement.

Amazing what it shows. Shows mayor Doyle worked 25 hours per week for WSM in 2009 for his $50k per the WSMtax return filed.

since he was full time mayor making $130k + all the perks the city gives him AND he made $50k from WSM, he did really good for himself.

Google doesn't show me if it was Beaverton that got screwed or WSM families though. I don't think he is capible of working 65 hours per week every week for a full year.

Please share with all of us these "new developments". KATU claims that they were solely there in response to the head of Aloha SC contact. If there were new developments, you would tell us, and I'm sure gleefully, what they are. The analogy was targeted for the level of the persons that seem to be posting here.
