Does anyone one who will be the U15 coach for OSSA next season? OSSA does not really have a down year group in the high school ages, but this could be the first if they do not pull a good coach.

Well, you said that, that's who. A good coach will do little for pulling over talent. OSSA has got to worry about keeping their own players from leaving. WUSA has nothing to offer and what little LO and SSC has is looking around.

I did not say it was the coaches fault... That is silly. But you are right they could see their own players leave. This weekend they had a terrible performance
I disagree about how much influence a good coach can have to keep and gain players. The best thing they could do is announce the coach NOW.

Heard an Esu coach . Now that they have DL his position as head of the girls is shaky.

That makes sense.. DL could help the girls side for sure at ESU ,but I am not sure JW has the reputation to pull or keep players at OSSA. Rage may get a few.

Let's not forget this is summer tournament play which means team rosters are not their usual rosters. I know of at least 4 teams in this age group who are having a difficult time fielding a roster this summer. Teams are pulling from their second teams, their younger teams, and other teams in the age group.

I didn't think they really "pulled" from LO. I suspect it was more of combining players from two teams that are going to come together come fall. I think it makes sense to get an early look. Of course, it is not surprising this team didn't do well, what were they expecting?
