FC Portland practices Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 9 pm at Liberty High School.

But this is a very weird way to do this. Customarily you call the club or get the coach/team managers email. Contact them directly and ask when a good time is and if it is OK to come by a practice. I have never seen anyone just drop by, without a call, unless it is just to watch. Also keep in mind coaches will want players to visit when their team is actually there and you never know when they give them a day off, or kids are gone at camp.

The poster is just asking for the times. I don't blame them as this gives them a way to organize their thoughts before contacting the coaches. I'm sure that people will contact the coaches and/or managers before coming out. This just allows them to organize their calendar first.
