You do :-) what time do we all show up???

All kidding aside, congratulations to your daughter for her enjoyment of a wonderful sport!!! Supportive parents go a long way in the maturing journey and your dd appears to be blessed in this area!!

If and only if, your dd really wants to 'move up' and play at a higher competitive level. Don't just give up. There are a LOT of people in the soccer community willing to give chances and opportunities.... Take them. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

No matter what happens, make sure she is enjoying herself.

There are a lot of teams in Division 1 and Division 2 with supplemental tryouts coming up.

I wouldn't go from not making premeir to automatically going back to division 3 (if she is looking to get out of division 3). Division 1 can get very competitive and good number of skilled girls in Division 2. Lots of room between division 3 and premeir.

So I was the one who posted that she if she currently plays Division 3 she had very little chance of making Premier at this tryout.

I also said if that is her goal then there is a lot that you can do between now and next May besides just going to team training sessions.

          Some suggestions:

          1) Places that do some agility or crossfit type training to improve her athleticism.

          2) Opportunities to mix it up (playing futsal) or play as a guest player on a higher division team

          3) Skill camps

          4) Email some DOC to find a some possible small group or individual skills training.

I know a lot of people rip on individual skill training and claim that is a scam. To each their own. Try it out and see if it helps. If any thing it may help her confidence. It is suprising to see how confidence effects a kid's game.

These are only suggestions if moving up is her goal. If it is not then enjoy what you have which is friendship and exercise.
